Cultural Resources

Insignia oversees cultural resources management for all phases of large-scale construction projects, focusing on major projects and infrastructure upgrades for numerous utilities. Insignia’s Cultural Resources group is led by a Register of Professional Archaeologists-certified archaeologist who has over 10 years of experience, as well as meets and exceeds the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards in archaeology and history.

Our cultural resources program focuses on completing projects within specific financial and timeline constraints, while maintaining regulatory compliance standards. These efforts are bolstered by our cohesive and strong relationships with local California tribes, universities, historical societies, and environmental groups. Our cultural resources professionals are further supported by a team of planners, geographic information system staff, and technical editors to ensure proper and timely delivery of technical reports and documentation.
