Insignia Environmental’s biological services include assessments of protected species habitat, protocol-level presence/absence surveys, wetland delineations, agency consultation for project approvals, preconstruction surveys, and habitat compensation plan development. Insignia Environmental’s biologists have diverse knowledge in habitat types and sensitive species, and a clear understanding of what it takes to successfully implement a project in sensitive areas. We have expertise with most of the sensitive species found in California.

We are also pleased to be able to offer Section 10(a)1(A) services for California red-legged frog, California tiger salamander, salt marsh harvest mouse, and vernal pool branchiopods.
